For virtual appointments: Look out for an automated email, approximately 30-60 minutes before your appointment, containing the link to your virtual session. //
For in-person appointments: We are located at 556 Palmerston Avenue (rightmost door of the building). We also have a satellite office space at 554 Palmerston (second door from the left). Your reminder emails should show which office your clinician is in on a given day. //
Please note that our office may not be accessible to clients with limited mobility. There are 8 steps to get to the front entrance. There are additional stairs to access the washroom at 556 Palmertson, and to access the office at 554 Palmerston.
